Smoked Salmon and Caviar Canapés

Materials
Baguette - 1, sliced
Cream cheese - 1/2 cup, softened
Smoked salmon - 4 oz
Caviar - 1.5 oz
Fresh dill - chopped
Capers - 1 tbsp
Lemon wedges - for serving
Red onion - thinly sliced
Steps
  1. Toast baguette slices lightly until just golden on the edges
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each toast
  3. Arrange a piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese
  4. Add a few capers and thin slices of red onion for flavor and texture
  5. Top each canapé with a generous dollop of caviar
  6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges on the side
