Fresh chives - chopped
Toasted brioche - 2 slices
Steps
  1. Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over very low heat
  3. Pour egg mixture into the pan, stirring constantly and slowly with a spatula
  4. Cook gently for about 8-10 minutes, removing from heat occasionally to prevent overcooking
  5. Continue stirring until eggs are just set but still creamy and slightly runny
  6. Immediately plate the scrambled eggs on toasted brioche, top with a generous spoonful of caviar, and garnish with chives
